Ness is an initiator of The Bakerloos and teaches Undergraduate Architecture Unit C at Oxford Brookes University. She is also currently working as a designer & researcher at Studio Alexandra Daisy Ginsberg. Ness has previously worked as an architectural assistant at Moxon Architects, Haptic Architects, as a research assistant for Smout Allen and as a Y1 Design tutor at the Bartlett.
Ness graduated from The Bartlett with an MArch (Distinction) in 2017, where she was taught by Laura Allen and Mark Smout in Unit 11. Her work explores architecture’s role in the rewilding of broken landscapes, the augmented alpine sublime, typology generation and architectural cliché. She was named as one of Blueprint Magazine’s “graduates to watch” and her work has been awarded the RIBA Bronze Presidents Medal and the Fitzroy Robinson Drawing Prize.
